td44 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the td44 platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are clearly stated here.
td44 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform operating for players in Bangladesh. Our goal is to ensure a transparent, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The terms below govern all aspects of platform use and serve as a legal agreement between td44 and its users.
General Terms
1.1 Definitions
In this document, "td44", "we", and "our" refer to the organization operating the td44 platform. "User", "player", and "you" refer to any person registered with or using the services of td44. "Platform" refers to td44's website, app, and all associated services.
1.2 Scope of Application
These terms apply to all services provided through the td44 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other gaming products. Each product may have its own specific terms, which should be read alongside the general terms.
1.3 Language & Interpretation
These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the primary document. In the event of any dispute or question of interpretation, td44's decision shall be considered final, provided that such decision is reasonable and fair.
Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate on the td44 platform is 21. Only those aged 21 or above may create an account and use the services. At the time of registration, users must confirm that they meet this age requirement.
2.2 Identity Verification
td44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. td44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 One Account per Person
Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited. The same rule applies to multiple accounts operated from the same household, address, or IP address.
2.4 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. An account created with false information may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.
Account Management
3.1 Password Security
Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
A td44 account is strictly personal and may not be transferred or sold to any other person. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or having a third party place bets on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account with no financial transactions for more than 12 (twelve) months may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate your account.
3.4 Right to Suspend Accounts
td44 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account in the event of suspicious activity, a rule violation, or where an investigation is required. In such cases, the user will be notified by email and informed of the outcome once the investigation is complete.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
Accepted methods for making deposits at td44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200. The account used for the deposit method must be registered in the user's own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Delays may occur if identity verification is pending or additional security checks are required. Withdrawals must always be made using the same method as the most recent deposit.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
td44 strictly follows an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified. Deposits may only be made for gaming purposes — attempting to deposit and immediately withdraw funds may result in the account being placed under review.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on td44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. There is currently no facility for currency conversion or transactions using cryptocurrency.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳12,000 in bets before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus is given only once per user account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- td44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. Notice will be given on the platform before changes take effect.
- If abuse of a bonus offer is suspected, td44 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
Gameplay & Fair Play
6.1 System & Technical Errors
Any incorrect winnings, bonuses, or balances displayed due to a technical error or system malfunction will be considered void. Intentionally attempting to exploit such errors may result in account closure. td44 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues.
6.2 Betting Rules
Each game and betting market has its own specific rules, detailed on the relevant page. The general rule is: once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or has no result, the stake will be returned.
6.3 Payout of Winnings
Once the outcome of a game is finalized, the winnings are automatically added to the account. If there is a dispute over any result, it must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. td44 will inform the user of the final decision after investigation.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 List of Prohibited Activities
- Any form of fraud, deception, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Any attempt to predetermine or influence the outcome of a game.
- Disturbing, threatening, or harassing other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
- Attempting unauthorized access to td44's systems.
Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 Data Collection & Use

8.2 SSL Encryption & Security
td44 keeps all data secure through SSL encryption. Financial transaction data is protected by industry-standard security protocols. Users are still advised to remain mindful of their own account security.

Account Closure
10.1 Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. To make a request, contact us via support email. Before closure, withdraw any wagering-free funds from your balance.
10.2 Closure by td44
td44 reserves the right to close an account in the event of a terms violation. For serious violations, closure may occur without notice. In cases of fraud or misuse, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Liability for Service Disruption
td44 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet connection disruptions, third-party software problems, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to maintain service quality, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.
11.2 Liability for Gaming Decisions
The player is fully responsible for their own betting decisions. td44 does not provide betting advice and is not liable for any losses. Gaming is a risky activity and the possibility of loss is always present.
11.3 Third-Party Liability
Third-party game providers on td44 (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) have their own terms and policies. For issues with games from these providers, their own support procedures will apply.
Changes to Terms
12.1 Notice of Changes
